I know I keep mentioning framelits in my blogs and on my facebook page (which I’d love for you to like) and I’ve had some ask what they are.
To start off you need a bigshot which you can purchase any time from me and then you need these little dies which are little pieces of metal with a blade in them used to cut out shapes.
Many of the Stampin’ Up! framelits come with matching dies. Many are even discounted by 15% if you buy both at the same time. I am going to demonstrate using the the Hearts a flutter stamp and framelit bundle available with the new mini catalogue. I stamped all my images onto a piece of whisper white cardstock.
Then you add the framelits on top of the stamped image.
Here is a close up of the die ontop of the stamped images.
I use sticky notes to hold them in place so they don’t move around while going through the bigshot.
Here is my lovely daughter holding the cut out images. It is so easy to do even a 6 year old can do it. Yes, she did this.
Simple Valentine’s Day card using Island Indigo ink with the stamps and the framelits. I love this set. Just saying.
If you would like to place an order for the framelits, stamps or any other items please contact me. I can place an order for you at any time and have it shipped directly to you.
